HSCCA Board
The Board is the main decision-making body of the Hampshire and the Solent Combined County Authority. It was formally constituted at the inaugural meeting of the Authority on 13 July 2026. It is currently made up of one councillor from each of the four constituent authorities with two representatives from Hampshire County Council. There will also be up to five non-constituent/associate members representing the business, community and voluntary sectors. Once elected the future Mayor will also be part of the membership.
